ROLE
This position is responsible for monitoring and supervising daily investment transaction process and ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and settled and aligned with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure daily operating activity, trade settlement process, inflow / outflow process & fund reconciliation run smoothly on a timely manner with minimal error and operational risk
Solve all daily operational trade issues
Establish system and processes that are largely automated to improve efficiency on ongoing basis.
Ensure timely implementation of all operation infra-structure to support retail funds, and discretionary funds.
Ensure clean audit for retail funds and group audit for ESII.
Provide excellent service for all clients (both internal and external).
Support all reporting requirement both for internal & external parties
Ensure compliance with the requirements of all prevailing Policy/Governance
Build and maintain good relationship with team members, other departments, clients, region, custodian bank, counterparty/brokers and regulator
