Description
Role Overview KOL Lead will be responsible to select an effective influencer for Pluang and execute all of the dealing processes with influencers, including managing all the scheduled scope of work, making sure all of the payment, and the creative idea for .
The ultimate goal is to execute the strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement towards potential users and generate more new transact users.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate and align both internal and external stakeholders - within the marketing department and across departments - to execute the marketing initiatives
Target KOL to specific audiences and look for KOL that is in demand
Coordinate with influencers and content to ensure that their work meets company standards
Maintain relationships with partner and KOL that work closely to achieve Our target
Maintain all of the administrative document including payment, contract, document filing, and the data tracking
Manage all of the production for Brand Ambassador’s asset
Evaluate the performance of influencers and create strategy to meet the goal of company
Manage all of Pluang’s influencers and Brand Ambassadors
Plan and execute partnership with relevant stakeholders (i.e. Influencers, Brand Ambassador)
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related field
Experience or interest in KOL
At least 2 years of experience working in the industry
Independent and pro active
Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Able to give and receive constructive criticism
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to be agile and flexible in adapting in a dynamic environment
Able to work under pressure and will to learn new things quickly
Designing user interactions on web pages.
