Can do the tender administration process

Have a good skills with Microsoft Office
Having good interpersonal and communication skills
Call Center & Service experienced (Fresh graduate may apply).
Handling inquiry, complain and request from customer.
Servicing with patient and pleasure.
Contribute to the achievement of the service sales target.
Manage sales leads/opportunities: update, response time, follow up (lead and quotation), forecasting.
