PUR Projet is recruiting
a Human Resources Generalist.


The global Human Resources team, 5 people, are based in Paris, France.

In a context of a dynamic growth of the team, the HR team is looking for a generalist HR to handle the HR topics in Asia (mostly China, Indonesia and Thailand).

As part of the Human Resources team, you will report to the HR Senior Manager with the support of the Asia Regional Manager in dotted line. You will benefit from HR tools, processes and templates already implemented at Group level, that you will be able to adjust if needed.

As a local support to implement the global HR strategy in Asian regions, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


Talent Management

  • Manage the talent acquisition and recruitment process.
  • Manage the onboardings and outboardings.
  • Support the team performance reviews & career development.
  • Administer local trainings.


People administration & Compliance

  • Maintain the HR Compliance in Asia: employment contracts, work conditions, local regulations, etc.
  • Adapt the Company’s policies and HR procedures to the local context.
  • Reinforce Employee’s safety.
  • Manage the HR administration: leaves, HR documentation, etc.


Compensation and benefits

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Manage the local payroll.
  • Benchmark best employer’s practices and new perks.


Data & information

  • Gather and analyze HR metrics.
  • Ensure a good adaptation to the new tools and processes.


Employer Brand

  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
  • Organize team building activities.


You have experience at an international level, you demonstrated excellent human skills, with good comprehension of the business, you are an efficient multi-tasker, you are autonomous, interested in interfacing with different teams in a dynamic environment, This position is for you!


We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Minimum 5 successful years of work experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience at an international level is required.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment.
  • An HR experience in Indonesia is mandatory. Thailand or China would be a great asset or any other Asian country.
  • Be familiar with HR compliance in Asia (mainly Indonesia, Thailand and China).
  • Professional fluency in English. Any other language is a great asset (Bahasa, Thai, Mandarin).
  • Strong desire to have an environmental and social impact.
  • Rigorous, listener, adaptive, solution-driven, ability to cope with different teams.
