Job Description

Location: Indonesia Department: Finance/Legal Location: Indonesia Job Description Reporting to the Head of Legal, a successful candidate will be expected to:
  • Ensure the delivery of timely, accurate, and commercially practical legal advice on licensing, regulatory and counterparty risk. This enables the business to deliver innovative new products in a competitive market
  • Conduct contract review for a wide range of business units within Lazada.
  • Protect and defend the company in respect of litigation cases and managing the company's litigation portfolio, including managing external counsel
  • Respond to regulators’ enquiries, investigations and inspections (if any)
  • Implement Group-wide contract frameworks, policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Participate in Group-wide legal research and legal technology projects

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience (mix of in-house and private practice in top-tier law firms preferred), with demonstrable experience in supporting litigation matters;
  • Experience in fast-evolving and dynamic industries such as technology or e-commerce
