Description & Requirements

1. Internal Communications

  • Increase exposure of ID PNG Business Unit by executing- distributing communications- including written/verbal communications- profiles- videos and presentations
  • Develop communications content (copywrite & graphic)- tools and channel to help leaders within the organization effectively deliver messages to all employees
  • Prominently communicate how the Kraft Heinz Vision and Values is demonstrated within our organization in ID PNG employee communications
  • Executing programs that leverage existing and emerging technology to engage with employees across the organization
  • Drive content development and employee engagement through the KHConnect (Intranet)- KetchApp- employee social media and video platforms



2. Execution of Employee Meetings and Events

  • Prepare and execution of employee meetings (BU Townhall- Zone Townhall)- managing the agenda and the Q&A session with the ID PNG Leadership Team
  • Work with HRBP to support in execution of employee engagement events (BU Convention- Independence Day etc.)
  • Partnering with others team member in events coordination.



3. Execute employer branding for ID PNG

  • Work with Agency in developing employer branding content
  • Work with Talent team to deploy the Employer Branding strategy
  • Drive content development and execution for employer branding campaign



4. Budget Monitoring

  • Budget monitoring for Internal Communication and Internal Event



5.Monthly Performance Review (MPR)

  • Participate in monthly meetings with Asia Communications & Internal Communication team



6.Engagement Survey

  • Develop communication content for the annual Global Engagement Survey
