Job Description

  • Supervising front office team and the day-to-day operations of the front office department including guest, bookings, appointments, phone calls, and e-mails.
  • Hiring, training, and evaluating front office employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Managing the front office shift schedules.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving front office – and administrative systems, policies, and procedures
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting front office events, including meetings, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing all memberships, promotion and events by tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Tending to guest’ complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Gathering data to formulate reply and preparing correspondence.
  • Composing electronic letters and other correspondence to customers inquiring about extending credit, how to obtain merchandise, incorrect billings, claims and other issues.
  • Preparing damage claims and invoices.
  • Managing front office budgets, record, and contracts.
