Translate verbal and written requests from users or clients into actionable creative directions. This includes developing plans and strategies that are aligned with users’ goals and giving the right solutions in various creative forms, such as copy, visual, and content.
Manage multiple projects from concepting to implementation; pitch and present to users and clients; and supervise the design team’s output.
Actively contribute in developing SIRCLO’s brand guideline.
Understand the commercial aspects of SIRCLO’s business and ensure that each of the Design Team are able to provide the best results possible.
Keep up with the current trends and apply them to SIRCLO’s creative marketing strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design or any creative fields major.
5-8 years of experience in advertising agencies or design studios is preferred.
Creative, a problem solver, and able to ensure a proper working flow.
Good verbal and written communication skills as you will work with various clients through online and offline channels.
