To Lead, Manage & execute Projects of GE Grid Solutions in Indonesia and extended support to the region when required. Functionally reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be primarily responsible for Project management. This task focuses from point of contract award up to the closure of the project. Project management includes customer management, planning & coordination, financial and project control, tracking, installation, maintenance & Testing and commissioning.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the Contract by complying to the contractual scope and responsibilities.
Managing and coordinating with customers/contractors in project execution in line with GE project management handbook.
Creating and coordinating the project schedule and procurement plan to ensure smooth project execution in a timely manner managing quality and cost.
Providing cost-effective execution of project milestones in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards to maintain and improve project margin
Creating and delivering scope-specific work plans and budgets, alongside risk assessments
Identifies and evaluate risk and opportunity assessments and ensuring implementation of resulting actions in one’s area of responsibility
Preparing and presenting Project Management Review (PMR) to management
Executing projects in accordance to GE Grid process and core values of safety and integrity
Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Drive Customer Quality complaints & Non-conformity of Product with different stake holders on root cause analysis and resolution process
Report/resolve any non-conformances and process in a timely manner
Demonstrate EHS and compliance ensuring Zero Deviation
Identifies and evaluate EHS and compliance risks and proposes practical measures
To secure Variations Orders & negotiating claims with customer & sub-contractors
Support tendering/sales with Return of Experience
Manage the necessary operational tools revolving customer concerns, internal concerns, field service requests and other available platforms within GE
Manage, plan and deliver according to the committed sales
Includes other operational tasks within the scope of project management as and when required
Required Qualifications
For roles outside of the USA- This role requires basic experience in the Project Management & Project Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
Main KPIs:
Project delivery on time, within Budget & safety compliance
Minimum 3-4 years with 2 years relevant experience in Project Management
Knowledge of Grid Products such as Gas Insulated switchgear (GIS), Air Insulated switchgear (AIS), Power Transformers, Generator Circuit Breaker (GCB), protection relays and Substation system will be an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Microsoft projects
Proven ability to lead & manage large scale projects
Experience on managing Utility Projects will be an advantage
Proactive work style, creativity, energetic & self-motivator with latest industry trends and knowledge
Ability to deliver results under pressure to meet tight timeline
Helping the team for preparation and submission of weekly APE forecast to PCA.
Helping the team for preparation and submission of Local Solvency Stress Testing,â¦
