Make a plan of implementation activities and estimate building security and orderliness, and placement of the number of officers according to SOP.
Supervise, evaluate, control operational costs for the implementation of building security and orderliness, and regulate the flow of vehicles.
Develop, direct and control team / vendor security & parking at work.
Carry out administrative checks (man power, parking income, report traffic, invoice, etc), data collective of all security & parking tools (log sheet & check list) based on agreement letter.
Evaluating and providing proposals for the development of security, orderliness and building parking systems as a reference for improving operational activities.
Check all Security & Parking equipment that is used in a proper condition.
Check parking revenue, coordinate with vendors to minimize downtime in the parking system.
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor Degree from any majors.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Security & Parking Supervisor in Building / Property Management.
Experience in leading Security & Parking Team (In-house/Outsource).
Have leadership skill.
Have knowledge of security and safety devices, trained in emergency situations.
Have knowledge of parking systems and controls.
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office).
Able to coordinate with external parties (police, environment, related government).
Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua, North Jakarta.
