Business Function :
Group Technology and Operations drives the DBS’ digital transformation agenda to allow us to scale new heights and reimagine the future of banking. To thrive in the age of digital disruptions, we focus on innovative ways to scale our cloud-based technologies, utilize modern frameworks and deploy automation best-practices.
We’ve also built a data-driven culture to develop clear guardrails on data governance and make data more accessible securely. Looking further into the technology horizon, we are exploring key merging technologies such as 5G, Internet of things (IoT), blockchain, quantum computing and AR/VR that will able us drive better business outcomes and customer journey.
Responsibilities:
1. Obtain budget approval for project implementation and process improvement. 2. Obtain support from related internal and external parties according to project organization structure. 3. Manage project implementation and process improvement within agreed budget, scope, and time. 4. Manage management reporting and escalation. 5. Manage user testing and sign-off. Manage procedure update. 6. Manage socialization and training to related parties. 7. Ensure compliance to DBSI standard and policy as well as Group standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :

1. Minimum 3 years in Banking industry as IT Business Analyst or Project Manager.
2. Bachelor degree S1 in Information Technology.
3. Excellent in written and verbal Bahasa & English.
4. Willing to work overtime during the weekend.
5. Having good analytical skill in customers demand and resolution workaround. 6. Understand on basic data structure and processing.
