About the Role:
1. Process users' feedback through various channels and continue to refine user experience; give suggestions and dig out the potential needs based on users' real perspectives, make the product more localized and better to use.
2. Partner with Product & Engineering team to formulate optimization strategies related to user experience, and help improve the product metrics.
3. Find initial users and grow and expand active users, lead beta testing and online survey/ interview regularly.
4. Operate the user guidance official account in Helo app, strengthen interactions with the community active users.
5. Review and optimize the vendor translations and responsible for localizing the product text.
6. Support other ad hoc projects on demand.
1. Hold a Bachelor's Degree or above is required.
2. Customer Service or Product Operations related work experience in the internet industry is preferred.
3. Bahasa Indonesia as a first language or shows native-level fluency through listening, speaking, reading, and writing; Fluent in English, strong communication skills.
4. Must show responsibility, ability to effectively plan and execute projects, and drive to improve oneself.
5. Quick learner with analytical skills; can identify the shortcomings of a product and the reasons for its weaknesses; is forthcoming with helpful solutions to improve the product.
6. Is committed to the output of a superior product, and has the ability to analyze and summarize a project's progress.
7. Be open-minded to cross-cultural communication and work cultures.
