Support Coach (Football)

Location: Indonesia

Functional area: Whole School

Purpose:
This position will support the Head Coach with the delivery of the Manchester City coaching programme at the Manchester City Football School at BSJ.
Due to visa restriction this position is open to Indonesian National only.

Area responsibilities:
  • To provide support to the Head Coach in the preparation, organisation and the delivery of the football sessions
  • To work with the coaches in group management, safeguarding and ensuring the welfare of the players including the liaison with the parents/ guardians/ teachers
  • To provide support to the players pre, during and post sessions
  • To study, learn and observe the players for development of their own coaching
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of Diploma Degree in any relevant disciplines
  • Have a minimum of 4 years working experience as a football coach.
  • To communicate in a variety of settings such as informal, formal, individual or group in English
  • To have experience of football at some level
  • Have experience in coaching children.
  • Have experience working with players from varying ages, backgrounds and cultures.
  • Have some experience working with a variety of levels in players.
  • The ability to connect and interact within a team environment
  • To be professional and demonstrate clear learning skills
  • Possess good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Apple Office software).
  • Ability to travel when required (locally and overseas).

Tujuan Jabatan
Posisi ini akan membantu Head Coach untuk membawakan coaching programme bagi Manchester City Football School di BSJ.

Tugas dan tanggung jawab
  • Membantu Head Coach untuk mempersiapkan, mengorganisir, dan menyampaikan sesi pelatihan sepakbola
  • Bekerja bersama dengan Coach lainnya untuk mengatur grup, menjaga kesejahteraan para pemain, serta menjadi penghubung kepada orangtua/wali/guru lainnya.
  • Memberikan bantuan kepada para pemain sebelum, selama, dan setelah sesi pelatihan
  • Mempelajari dan memperhatikan para pemain untuk perkembangan program pelatihan mereka
Persyaratan minimum:
  • Minimum gelar diploma dalam disiplin ilmu yang relevan
  • Memiliki pengalaman bekerja/mengajar sebagai pelatih sepakbola selama minimum 4 tahun
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dalam berbagai latar seperti formal, informal, kepada individu maupun kelompok, dalam bahasa Inggris
  • Memiliki pengalaman bermain sepakbola
  • Memiliki pengalaman melatih anak-anak
  • Memiliki pengalaman bekerja bersama pemain/anak dalam rentang usia yang luas dan dalam berbagai budaya
  • Memiliki kemampuan melatih anak-anak dalam berbagai tingkat kemahiran
  • Memiliki kemampuan berinteraksi dengan anggota tim lainnya
  • Mampu bersikap profesional dan mendemonstrasikan kemampuan belajar yang baik
  • Memiliki kecakapan menggunakan aplikasi komputer seperti Microsoft Office, Google Suite, dan Apple Office
  • Mampu untuk bepergian ke dalam maupun ke luar negeri jika dibutuhkan
