About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturing company in Indonesia, a notable name in the industry.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement best practice maintenance vision, strategy, processes and procedures to improve operational performance
  • Responsible for planned scheduling creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out
  • Establish standard policies and procedures
  • Implement continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles
  • Ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out
  • Develop, improved and implement a planned preventative maintenance schedule
  • Ensure the utility equipment was in the good performance and readiness and also support for general service
  • Acknowledge and implement quality system which related to the engineering process
  • Support plant projects and feasibility studies
  • To succeed in this role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of technical and maintenance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a similar industrial environment
  • Must have previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and blueprints
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze failures and implement effective corrective solutions
  • Effective communication skills to influence all levels of personnel and to create change
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to influence safety practices and initiatives
  • Ability to work as a team member with strong time management and record keeping skills
  • Ability to develop work schedules and coordinate projects/assignments to meet deadlines
  • Able to conduct area/job inspections to ensure work completed without defects and is in
  • compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Must have knowledge of industrial plant mechanical and welding concepts/applications
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good understanding of procurement policies including contract administration
  • Must have availability to work some nights/weekends and off-hour call outs
  • Ability to access all areas of the plant as required in order to perform duties of the position
