Key Responsibilities:
Responsible in managing and developing multi brand portfolio, focusing on luxury and travel retail business;
Taking brand ownership and provide the vision and strategies in managing as well as growing the brand to achieve Company Sales Target and Margin;
Analyze and develop Merchandise Strategy, together with OTB management, in order to ensure the achievement of sales strategies;
Deliver operational excellent through CRM, quality manpower/sales team, training & customer service in order to provide world class retail experience Implement the brand strategy in order to ensure the achievement of the sales target and profitability ;
Develop operation strategy alongside with operation team through training, quality of manpower, creative program, excellence customer service deliverable in order to meet brand objective;
Driving marketing and PR strategy and execution to achieve brand objective.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder any field Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG/Retail Industries.
Advanced planning and analytical skills, including computer skills.
Confidence in suggesting calculated risk.
Strong customer awareness and understanding.
Passionate about product, strong market and brand awareness.
Time keeping & ability to meet stringent deadlines.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Technical competency required:
MS Office 2010 or above
Willing to have full-time internship.
Help preparing research instruments needed for study, i.e.: questionnaire, stimulus, etc.
Have passion in research.
Full-time internship for 6 months.
Posting RBID vendor invoices inter-company and 3rd parties to SAP.
Import custom duty (in Bahasa called PIB) to SAP.
