Job Description

Analyze IT requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across IT teams.

Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Understands, analyzes, interprets and documents process workflows.

Prepares User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation and leads the user acceptance testing effort with the responsible business process owner.
Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferrable having Insurance Projects Background with 3-4 year experience

Good experience in software documentation

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Good interpersonal skill

Active, Inisiatif, and Creative

Required Skill(s): SDLC, Gathering Requirement, SAP

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
