Job Description
  • Assess the requirements for new products based on the market needs in cooperation with Sales department and selected customers sample
  • Improve Lotte Packaging product range and keeping the product range up to date with the new trends in technology and phase out obsolete products
  • Initiate, evaluate plans and report on activities related to the development of new products, product improvement
  • Perform complete review, verification, and validation for new products to ensure conformity to requirement and fitness for use
  • Assist in updating the company catalogues and brochures
  • Transfer new products from trial scale to pilot and production scale
  • Observe and evaluate technology trends related with polymer
  • Act as technical center of excellence to all manufacturing units on formulation and process improvement



Requirements
  • Male, maximum : 45 vears old
  • Possess minimum bachelor degree majoring in Chemical Engineering. Preferably Master Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Polymer Plastic. Preferably Manager / Assistant Manager with working experience in Research and Development
  • English proficiency in both oral and written is a mandatory
  • Computer literate in MS Office
  • Have knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2008
  • Familiar with FDA, BPOM, IEC, EU regulations
  • Good analytical skills, technically inclined
