Responsibilities:
Work closely to support the Online Marketing team in planning and executing effective CRM campaigns email marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives
Manage day-to-day execution of CRM campaign process from beginning to end; including planning and executing campaign strategy to support the growth of marketing’s functional areas, business partners, and operations teams
Collaborate and work with designers to creative briefs based on objectives, target audiences, product/service positioning, and strategy
Manage CRM campaigns which will bring high-quality customers into the marketing funnel and improve overall performance, growth and profitability across all channels
Track, measure and analyze performance of all CRM campaign process
Manage A/B testing to optimize CRM campaigns’ effectiveness
Ideally, you are:
BA/BS or equivalent, 1-2 years experience in managing end to end CRM campaign, preferably have experience in eCommerce company
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mentality – you know the relevant KPIs and how to work with them
Organizational skills, ability to juggle competing demands from marketing, sales, customers, and management
Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication
Up-to-date with market trends and willing to come up with creative ideas
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both in writing and speaking
