Business Development Manager is responsible as a guide, strategic support, and business consultant to create Business Plan, Business Strategy, or Financial Plan for Blibli's private label. In order to do so, Business Development Manager must understand Business issues and Financial analysis. Have a deep understanding of the role within e-commerce business, analytical thinking and interpersonal skill is needed to deliver good performance on this role.
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for P&L making and control throughout the year – (preferably strong in finance/costing)
Develop correct strategy to achieve target from metrics given by company (total revenue, AOV, conversion rate, etc)
Create business proposal for potential account.
Negotiate contract terms with potential account to reach mutual beneficial proposals.
Manage relationship with existing account to ensure all activities conducted as per partnership agreement
Liaise with other department to ensure daily operational showroom runs smoothly. Other department, eg. Blibli, Djarum group and external parties.
Responsible for expansion by doing scouting and planning in new area.
Ensure operational activity runs with effective cost by controlling gross margin and EBITDA periodically
Min. Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business Management
Having minimum of 5-years of work experience in Business Development/Business Management/Business Operations/Growth
You are strong in networking skill, detail-oriented, has excellent communication.
You have the managerial competencies, such as : Aligning Performance of Success, Operational Decision Making, Coaching & Developing Others, Delegation & Empowerment, and Business Acumen
Have the ability to Build the Business Partnership, Monitoring Information, Facilitating Change, and Customer Focus
