We are looking for Quality Technician who will be based in Karawang.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

  • Support production teams by providing Quality guidance and support in case of issues
  • Train the floor on Quality practices/procedures and ensure the operational staff remains up to date with PMI Quality requirements
  • Plan and perform sampling, tests and analyses on the quality of tobacco, materials, semi-finished and finished products according to applicable procedures and analytical methods
  • Investigate in a timely manner non-conformities and deviations
  • Investigate and resolve critical deviations, contribute to defining disposal actions and when appropriate corrective actions
  • Propose and follow-up quality improvement ideas in production or other processes in Operations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor or Master from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Engineering/Technical
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in production, quality or equivalent
  • Proven technical skills as a professional in the field of Quality.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills - strong oral, written communication, and presentations skills.
