Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as First Line Manager, you will be responsible to deliver the shift / line objectives by empowering and engage people to develop their capabilities. Ensure line production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements.
A day in the life of...
Ensure the finished goods are consistently manufactured according to standards of quality and relevant manufacturing instructions (compliance).
Ensure the working areas are clean and maintained in working order including all installations in accordance to Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices (NGMP)
Manage production process effectively through operational reviews and use standard routines to ensure sustainable results.
Implement basic problem-solving tools and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvements.
Ensure the identified development plan and assure the competencies of the team as per the agreed plan with Production Manager
Ensure constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders (line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, functional representatives on the line).
What will make you successful
Minimum Bachelor of Food Technology or any Engineering background
Having minimum 4 years of experience in similar position e.g., Production Supervisor or Assistant Manager of Production
Independent player and self-driven but able to work in a team
Able to manage multiple tasks independently under challenging deadlines
Good Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Have deep insight of the process and continuously strive for the improvement
