HP Store E-commerce Sales Lead

The E-Commerce Sales Lead is responsible for driving profitable growth through HP.com online store/call center and official stores in market places like Lazada and Shopee in SEA markets.

What a HP Store E-Commerce Sales Lead– Indonesia does at HP:

  • Manage account P&L through forecasting and budget development to drive sales and profitable revenue
  • Manage staff of online sales team. Hire, train, develop and motivate staff to deliver company goals including succession planning
  • Develop and implement short and long term vision and strategic business plans to drive company growth objectives
  • Oversee implementation and execution of item promotional campaigns that lead to increased sales and market share
  • Trouble shoot customer, product, and site issues. Trains staff on how to respond and address issues. Communicate and troubleshoot any issues and resolve
  • Identify new product opportunities and issues. Funnel information to product manager to assist with new product development
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with Shared Services (supply chain, product management) to gain alignment in achieving overall business goals. Escalate issues and push for resolution
  • Evaluate future platform opportunities. Apply learnings from real-time E-commerce, digital and consumer trends as well as emerging digital tools

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • Min University or Bachelor's degree.
  • Education in merchandising or marketing preferred
  • 5-10 years e-commerce or retail merchandising experience preferably in the consumer/commercial electronic product industry
  • Prior selling experience includes multiple, diverse set of selling responsibilities.
  • Creative thinker that finds new processes and solutions for business strategy
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
