Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners (i.e. Banks, Tourism Boards, Payment Channels, POIs, Merchants, airasia BIG, government relations, and more)
Negotiate and manage the overall strategy between partners and airasia’s Line of Businesses in order to initiate, execute, and optimize the partnerships’ performance
Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports & prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
Review performance data that includes financial, sales, and activity reports to monitor and measure Partnership productivity, achievement, and overall effectiveness
Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output
Problem solve issues faced during the process of partner evaluation with internal stakeholders from Legal, Procurement, Finance, Advertising, and Tax
Ability to set up workstreams required and ability to work efficiently with different teams, both local and regional
Requirements:
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Partnership, Relationship Management, or similar fields
Speak and write fluent English. Capable to communicate with regional stakeholders from different countries and capable to overcome language barriers
Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills coupled with problem-solving and strong relationship management
Agile and flexible - Willing to accept changes and pivot the business during tough times
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and develop team members
Excellent organizational management skills
Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and other work-related occasions
