Job Description
1. Build and design media strategy based on objective, insight, consumer journeys and strong integration between offline and online media.
2. Working closely with Head of Media, Offline Media, a long with Regional media team to develop efficient and effective annual/quarterly online media plan for campaigns to strengthen brand's equity and improve TOMA as well as brand awareness among target consumer groups:
Articulate brand media calendar and manage integrated online campaigns and offline advertising to help brand stand out among competition and deliver strong brand message.
3. Optimize media investment effectively through clear tracking and summary.
4. Manage key agencies and media partners to build strong partnership and ensure good communication.
5. Work together within marketing team (brand strategy team, social team, and creative team) to drive organic traffic, maximize campaign performance by delivering efficiency / effectivity in driving brand metrics: R1+/R3+, Cross Media Reach, TOMA, Considerations metrics, etc
6. Develop deep understanding to key competitor media strategy and opportunity in the market.
Job Requirements
1. University graduate with 4-5 years experienced in Offline Media/Online Marketing/Digital Media Planning related background – either from client side or media agency side are welcome.
2. Extensive knowledge of offline Media tools: Nielsen Arianna, Nielsen Ad Spend, Figaro, Insight based: Nielsen Clear Decisions, Roy Morgan.
3. Understand Digital Media, Digital Marketing, including but not limited to: Social Media, Online Media channel (Publishers, OEM, Online Streaming Apps, OTTs, etc).
4. Familiar and able to set up related online advertising dashboard on Facebook ads manager, Google Adwords, 3rd Party Tracker, 3rd Party Analytic either Web based or App based.
5. Good sense of responsibilities and dedications.
6. Strong project management skills
7. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to employ a good judgment based on data and marketing sense.
