Job Description:

Design and development of a continuous manufacturing process using Process Flow Diagram (PFD)
Develop Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)
Modify and optimize equipment and processes
Develop heat and material balance
Generate process report using HSYS
Design process equipment (Pressure Vessel Sizing, Pipe Sizing, Heat Exchanger sizing,etc)
Design Process safety equipment (Process Safety Valve, Control Valve,etc)
Design comprehensive process safety system through preparation of safety chart & ESD logic diagram

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree of Chemical Engineering from Reputable University
Fresh graduates to 1 year experience
Familiar with Process Equipment and Material design and modification
Familiar with concept of process engineering in EPC
Possess ability in software skills for HYSYS, HTRI and other process simulator
Knowledge in process safety, HAZOP, HAZID, Firefighting, Waste & Environment Management is an advantage
Fluent in English
Fluent in Japanese is an advantage
Willing to go on business trips
