Job Description

Creating high-quality game assets from concept phase to renders.

Design and create high-quality game assets (characters, props, sprite, UI, and animation assets).

Create marketing and supporting visual materials.

Follow the team's art direction and be open to constructive feedback.

Documentation: Doing research, collecting references and creating briefs for asset design, creating art guidelines.

Proactive in raising issues and providing solutions.

Involve actively in quality review both for the internal and external teams (outsourcing studios).

Guiding and mentoring Junior(s) and intern(s) to improve their skills.

Report to Lead Artist and Art Director for art task progress.
Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator

Experienced in Unity3d engine art pipeline

Experience in management or decision-making involvement

Experienced in developing game visual effects and graphic post-processing

Experience in giving training and mentoring Juniors

Experience in animation is a plus

Wide portfolios in sketching, concept art, short animation, and comic

Fluent spoken in English

Able to work with tight schedules and deadlines.
