Responsible to manage daily shipments to ensure service continuity, achieve customer service level and optimize costs in line with Group Policy.

Manage daily shipments, Organize and implement the scheduling of transport companies for daily operations
Execute all traffic administrative activities:
Legal Transportation documentation
Transport regulations (transport law, hazardous goods, insurance, quality, etc)
Freight charges checking and payment
Track and trace deliveries
Maintain transportation KPI’s and dashboard (including costs, deliveries, transport companies, POD, dispute rate, etc)
Manage transport claims
Assist with the country transport manager in drafting specifications
Maximize loading efficiencies (truck fulfilment, on-time departure, ensure shipment integrity)
Maintain and improve a safe system of work
Conduct and document regular transport company evaluations
Create Outbound Cost budget and tracking
Control the operation to align with the group target on CO2 emission rate.
Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
