Job Description

Summary:
This position is concerned with the cleanliness of linen, uniform, and guest laundry, responsibilities is including pickup and delivery of guest laundry.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort laundry into specific classifications for preparation of washing
  • Prioritize and mark garment orders for dry cleaning and laundering
  • Completes orders are requested and prepares orders for delivery
  • Pick up all guest laundry requested by Operator
  • Generate billing for valet/dry cleaning service for both internal and external guest
  • Maintain and update the record of laundry daily production, laundry pickup, and delivery book record as well as the logbook
  • Keep the cleanliness of the work area
  • Keep the cleanliness of laundry equipment
  • Always work based on Standard Operation Procedure
  • Aids in sorting laundry and record count on a uniform daily basis
  • Follow leader advice to achieve or even exceed guest expectations
  • Performs other related duties as required
  • Report equipment damage to the Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper
  • Maintain and update records for in and out linen from outsourced laundry

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: Rp4,641,854 per month

All employees are required to wear double masks at all times and are already vaccinated with booster vaccine.
