Job Description


ABOUT YOUR ROLE: You will be responsible for identifying, establishing & managing the relationship with Distributors, Resellers, Converters & Printers and influencers of the industry. You will report to Business Mgr, Graphics, ASEAN .You will be based in Cikarang

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Responsible for sales & new business development activities to grow & meet the AOP targets quarterly, half-yearly & annually
  • Meeting & engaging end-users for winning specifications for AD, building a healthy pipeline & driving conversions for additional sales revenue in line with the AOP in focus segments.
  • Responsible for increasing revenue by achieving sales and profitability objectives with targeted key accounts by building strong, multi-level relationships (Distributor, converter, applicator, IDM architects, end-user)
  • Monthly Sales forecasting for active inventory planning & anticipate unfavourable variance in sales and provide inputs and follow-up actions to prevent/close the gap.
  • Identify, evaluate & appoint new Distributor partners as required and educate Distributors to organization’s expectations and common business practice and manage distributor account in line with channel excellence program
  • Manage payment collection in accordance with payment due dates.
  • Organize demand generation, sales promotion and customer program for promoting AD brand in the market
  • Build a strong understanding of the ecosystem & relationship with key opinion leader like OEM machine manufacturer, ID, Architects, brand owners
  • Manage all opportunities in accordance with the Opportunity Management process, including the creation of Opportunity Plans, the scheduling of early wins in the Opportunity pipeline reviews.
  • Maintain an opportunity pipeline 3 times the planned revenue as per AOP in SFDC & should conduct a timely review on all opportunities for early closures.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Technical Complaint management SOP & ensure timely resolution of all customers’ complaints about smooth business & customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Quarterly account reconciliation of all Distributors & direct customers so as to take care of any surprises and all communications on deals, claims to be maintained in writing along with rightful approvals.
  • Ensure that he & his team send/update all reports wherever required on a timely basis and be transparent in sharing all market trends with respect to pricing or competition.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Business /Management or related.
  • 8 years + sales experience in graphics/printing related is required.
  • Experience in dealing with Converters is a must
  • Experience in dealing with Distribution Management is required.
  • Experience in End User Engagement is preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce is preferred.
  • Experience in OEM Printer Manufacturers/ Printing Ink Manufacturers (Digital Printing & other print technologies)/ Paint companies (Industrial/ Institutional business) /Building Material (Construction / Architect) / Lighting is preferred.
  • A passion for sales, combined with excellent communications skills and attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines
  • An ability to work well on your own initiative, across function team and as part of a team
  • Capability to cope and perform under increased or expanding responsibilities
