We are looking for a Supervisor Retail Engagement to be placed in Makassar.

Your ‘day to day’

Bachelor Degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience
Able to understand the field sales functions *Retail (include SRC), Wholesaler

(WS), Consumer Engagement* (territory management, distributor business
process, salesman productivity, excellence in execution)

Ability to learn fast and work with minimum guidance
Excellent in MS Office *(Excel - macro)* and Power point, communication skills,

fluent in English

Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, communication and Sales

communication skill & leadership.

Open to be placed in Bone

Who we’re looking for

Collaborate with supervisors to ensure program execution and budget

realization. Coordinate to all channel to achieve key sales indicator & key
performance indicator

Manage and implement strong business relationships with all stakeholders to

drive sales volume and market share

Manage, implement, evaluate territory and channel's strategy to ensure

excellent execution in line with outlet's potency and consumer preference

Plan, monitor and control the implementation of trade marketing activities
With excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure and

prioritize tasks, and learning on the fly with an ability to work independently in
very dynamic and challenging environment
