In this critical position we’ll look to you to drive growth and provide overall supervision and strategic leadership of the region. You’ll act as the responsible person - president for the local entity and look to build strong relationships with the regulator (Central Bank of Indonesia). Using your strong business acumen you’ll define and deliver the growth strategies, outline direction for our business, identify the priorities and ensure its successful execution across the region. You’ll exercise you leadership skills leading a small team, allocating resources to achieve the overall goals while also effectively managing the P&L. You’ll ensure the launch of new products and maintain and expand the agent and banking network as well as managing new and existing relationships.

To be successful in this role you will have substantial relevant working experience in either in the Payments, Banking or Fintech industries. Knowledge of wallet and/or payments strategies are essential. You’ll need to be a strong leader with outstanding influencing and negotiation skills and experience with revenue management and working with regulators. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable. You will need to be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
