Required skills/experience:

  • Japanese Language Proficiency is N2
  • HR Domain required – any facet

Preferred skills/experience:

  • Instructional Design or Content Development skills/experience
  • Contact Center/BPO experience
  • Involvement in Japan Hub programs is an advantage (for internal)

Responsible for:

  • Create, update, maintain and constantly review training materials and documentation for specific HR Japan domain deals.
  • Conduct periodic Desktop Procedure (DTP) sweep and ensure these are updated. Ensure that training materials match updated content of DTPs.
  • Standardize training processes, practices and curriculum within the specific HR Japan domain he or she handles.
  • Coordinate closely with various HR towers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful roll-out of all policy, process and system changes and updates in a specific fiscal year.
  • Ensure accurate, immediate and timely bi-weekly roll-outs via recurrent training of various updates and change requests affecting all teams within the HR domain.
  • Gather questions, administer, record and monitor Process Knowledge Tests (PKTs) bi-monthly. Ensure results are reported timely to teams, management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure roll-out of any required recertification programs related to various policy, process and system changes.
  • Create, roll-out, monitor and report any recertification exams required by the project for tenured population within the HR Domain.
  • Meet 90% of remote or face-to-face training requirements and needs of domain operations - new hire, role-based or upskilling.
  • Participate in the development of and implement programs and projects that upskills practitioners.
  • Learn and explore new training approaches and techniques that will improve learning within the domain.
