Job Responsibilities

  • Melakukan monitoring dan pengelolaan atas data pegawai
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim Payroll dan pihak lainnya terkait manajemen data karyawan
  • Melakukan monitoring atas pelaporan yang disampaikan kepada regulator terkait laporan transaksional HR
  • Melakukan monitoring atas proses rotasi/mutasi pegawai
  • Melakukan monitoring dan memastikan data yang disampaikan ke tim Payroll untuk proses penggajian telah sesuai dan tepat waktu
  • Menangani proses penugasan internasional dari Pegawai UOB yang ditempatkan di UOB Indonesia ataupun penugasan Pegawai UOB Indonesia ke UOB di negara lainnya
  • Menangani proses perizinan kerja Tenaga Kerja Asing
  • Melakukan monitoring atas kelengkapan Pegawai sesuai checklist sebelum calon Pegawai onboard.

Job Requirements

  • Min. 10 years of experience in HR Service/ HR Operations
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Good knowledge of Onboarding Process, Rotation Process, Off-boarding Process, Work Permit and Payroll Process
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Ability to work and communicate with others
  • Strong in people management and development
