Get to know the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to translate strategy into execution planning. You will be fully responsible for designing and delivering GrabMart marketing campaigns, marketing offline activity, branding and sponsorship then monitoring its effectiveness and efficiency. You will work with various stakeholders to ensure a good Grab presence in nationwide-level and competitor analysis.
The Day-to-Day Activities
Support and manage the development of marketing strategy to achieve the target of growing consumers base and maintaining consumers' loyalty
Collaborate with supporting functions (creative, PR, media buying, social media, etc.) to prepare content for campaign requirements and optimize the user experience.
Manage a campaign calendar with the Marketing and CRM team to ensure that communications are spaced out and sent out in a timely fashion
Provide insights and analysis around campaigns & content
Create weekly Report of business performance, evaluation campaign and next action item and reported to Marketing Lead
The Must-Haves
Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or another related field
At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field such as Marketing/Communications.
Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
Proficient in Ms. Office and G-Suite and other systems & tools to help implementation and tracking
Attention to detail
Experience in coordination of projects
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Good in written and spoken English
