Overview of job

Xaxis is a part of GroupM, which oversees the media investment management sector for WPP, the world’s leading communication services group. Xaxis is the biggest agency in GroupM that also happens to be one of the world’s largest media investment company. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally.

We are currently looking for a campaign Manager to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for Digital Operations initiatives for priority group M clients, working on Trade Desk, Google & Other programmatic platforms, 3rd party audience planning tools as well as Groupm’s proprietary DMP. It involves working closely with brand teams and internal planning teams.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to: Senior Operations lead

Measure of Success:


In three months, you would:

  • Understand the internal processes of the Campaign Management.
  • Use Trade Desk, Google DV360, other programmatic platforms with ease for setting up and optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Drive quality control and operational understanding to drive efficiency excellence on our digital operations in specific assigned areas
  • Be able to take part in communication with partner and client on Digital operations implementation.

In six months, you would:

  • Be able to drive quality control and efficiency on digital operations by platform.
  • Proactively suggest operational strategies that help with business decisions.
  • Be in charge for daily process management with minimum supervision.
  • Show significant signs of growth potential within Xaxis.
  • Be able to Integrate effectively in good manner with clients, teams, and partners.

In 12 months, you would:

  • Have strong grasp of digital platforms we work on.
  • Understand relevant technology trends and able to apply to our client business requirements.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, internally and externally, to get campaign projects live.
  • Have the confidence to think independently and offer new recommendations to the client.

What your day job looks like at Xaxis:

  • Campaign Tracking


  • To monitor audience performance in each brand campaign, account. Create in-depth template for each campaign activity for valuable insights.
  • Ensure quality control and service level standard deliveries at and beyond agree levels
  • Performance analysis – manage operations by exceptions
  • Framework to capture audience performance that allows for quick actions for future planning.

What you’ll bring:

  • Self-motivated, provocative thinking and can work with speed across diverse teams
  • Confidence to make data backed client presentations related to Digital platforms, audience, campaign activations
  • Understanding client brief and translating it into measurable objectives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Digital platforms in the context of digital marketing. Experience with TTD, Google GMP and other programmatic platforms preferred.
  • Educational background in technology, marketing, advertising.
  • Experience in using media platforms for advertising. Or Experience working at Ad Tech / Mark Tech product or services company.
  • Expertise in managing client/partner relationships.
