Campaign Activation Coordinator (Sulawesi)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing program implementation on field level Serve as the key marketing contact for assigned sales district, ensuring effective implementation of go-to-market strategy, including customer segmentation and the tactical marketing plan
- Implement local promotional activities (e.g., promos, dealer/grower events) in concert with the relevant Marketing Communications and/or Sales Manager
- Implement demo-trials and technical promotions by closely working with customer marketing and technical team
Salesforce support
- Provide internal/external sales force, including local channel partners, with operational marketing and technical content support (e.g., through field events, promotional trials, etc.)
- Successfully support the sales cycle within designated region/district/territory
Farmer/market insight development and support grower/customer marketing for strategic decisions
- Support definition of product value propositions through field work and interaction with growers
- Identify market opportunities for customer engagement on a face-to-face level and acquire grower/customer feedbacks on field activities
- Feed field level observations to relevantmembers of the customer marketing team (e.g., competitor information, new business opportunity, customer profile)
- Support budget/target allocation across sales regions
Engagement/interaction with growers, customers and local authorities
- Lead interaction with growers for field trials, demonstrations and other local face-to-face promotional activities Arie Eka s Achieve high customer share through targeted event, trial and content support for internal/external sales force # Operating with in the approved budget # Operating special / Innovative campaign for Product establishment in identified segment Market / Crop – establishment of strategic products volumes in concerned regions.
Execute some marketing program through digitalization system such as eField, Logbook, and My Agrolink and make sure the data will be compiled and utilized by Marketing Team.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's degree in business marketing, sales, or a related field in Agriculture Business / Crop Protection Business
3-5 years of prior marketing experience preferably
Solid understanding, ability to implent marketing strategy and creating campaign program
Demonstrated creative and conceptual thinking capabilities
Ability to lead key stakeholders (management, peers, field sales, etc.) through challenges and opportunities (leaderships)
Strong strategic and analytical
Ability to lead and influence activities of cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships
Having knowledge communication and skill public speaking
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
