This function will be reporting to the Production Planning Manager and will be based at Firmenich Indonesia – Cileungsi Plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate one or more of the following Categories of Production Planning Activities and may have additional tasks within each:

Acknowledge and confirmation new sales order from external and internal customer within target 2x24 hours
Review open sales order to determine a priority of customer requirement as well as do re-confirmation soonest once see any delivery delay
Review process order and make sure all materials are checked and available for mid long term horizon. Follow up to Material Planner team for any missing material production for mid long-term horizon
Notify correct reason code in sales order if any schedule production delayed that impacts to client/customer order
Review a mid and long term capacity production for each category product line. Take action if there any shortage capacity vs requirement
Champions of IALT reduction initiatives
Coordination with production scheduler for maintaining best effective and efficient short-term production schedule
With a production scheduler as a champion of production adherence performance > 95%
Coordinate delivery of parts of expedite flow of material to meet production schedule
Coordinate/expedite production to ensure schedules are achieved
Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

We value:

Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in Engineering
Minimum of 4 years production planning/schedule experience in a related industry
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Ability to interact well with internal stakeholder (Production, MPP, QC, WH, Logistic, Cust Care, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
Proficient use of computer systems and software applications (Excel, Ms. Word, Power point, etc.)
In‐depth knowledge of ERP or MRP software preferred
Familiar with SAP system specially a Production Planning module
Positive work attitude, structured, and well organized
Able to multitask and complete multiple requests on time
Developing analytical skills with problem solving ability
