Job Description

Sayurbox is a provider of fresh produce to households (B2C) and restaurants (B2B). Our vision is to make fresh produce and products from farms and producers available and accessible to everyone, along with our missions (i) To be the go-to fresh produce platform and ecosystem, (ii) Innovative and top class customer experience, and (iii) Improve efficiency and transparency in the agri-supply chain. However, it is always a work in progress to seek further potential and challenge.


Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:

  • Build technology based solutions to help Sayurbox Supply Chain to reach its peak productivity without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other Sayurteam, including design team, software engineers, and operations team to make sure general product lifecycle practice is done properly, from product discovery, product design, product development, product implementation, and product evaluation.
  • Work closely with the operations team, data team, designers, engineers, and other related teams to analyze data, identify problems, brainstorm ideas, and design the most scalable and usable product by considering the most efficient flow, negative, and edge cases.
  • Assist the engineering team during the product development process to make sure the product being built is scalable, usable, reliable, and can be delivered in a timely manner.
  • Proactively gather feedback and quickly troubleshoot during implementation to make sure the delivered product can be fully adopted, brings out its best impact to the business and can be a good learning for the next iterationsx.
  • Build alignment and collaboration with every related stakeholders on every project, initiatives, or product that is being developed in the form of status updates, meetings, documentation, or other relevant methods.
  • Continuously learn about trends, technology, principles, and methodologies that are relevant to the supply chain and product management scope together with the team

Qualification and Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in product development, with proven experience in managing supply chain products.
  • Systemic thinking; can connect multiple aspects (from business, tech, and user points of view) to make decisions.
  • Active and confident communicator (both in Bahasa and English) in writing and verbal format.
  • Cooperative person and can drive collaborative teamwork.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to critically identify problems early in the process.
  • Love being in a startup environment with a fast-paced culture.
  • Analytical and data-driven, passionate about digging into the data to solve business problems.
  • Knowledge of the software development process, data analysis, and supply chain principles will be plus points but not mandatory.
  • Daily work will be mostly remote, but should be available for regular visitation to the area where the product is being implemented, esp. in the Greater Jakarta Area.
