Job Overview Do you want to be part of a growing startup and start your career in a diverse and multi-national company? We're looking for Accountant who is detailed-oriented, eager to learn and full of passion to hands on both AP and AR to level up his/ her experiences!

Responsibilities

    • Accounts Receivable (sales and collection process)
    • a. Review and validate revenue data for the period.
    • b. Prepare sales documents in Netsuite (sales invoice/credit memo/statement of account) and ensure these are released
    • to partners within the agreed SLA.
    • c. Ensure outstanding receivables are collected within agreed SLA.
    • d. Assist AP Accountant in maintaining balance sheet schedules and KPIs, and performing financial analysis.
    • e. Maintain relationship and handle external communications with partners, banks, auditors, and other external parties, as necessary.

    • Accounts Payable (payment process)
    • a. Review payment requests and ensure all supporting documents are complete and valid.
    • b. Record all payment requests in Netsuite and prepare bank payments within the agreed SLA.
    • c. Assist AP Accountant in maintaining balance sheet schedules and KPIs, and performing financial analysis
    • d. Maintain relationship and handle external communications with banks, auditors, consultants, and other external parties, as necessary.

    • Other ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks
    • a. Ensure all finance documents are filed and arranged properly, with appropriate labels.
    • b. Assist the team in completing month-end or year-end closing procedures.
    • c. Assist the team in completing projects (i.e. process improvements) or annual requirements (i.e. year-end audit, ISO, etc).
    • d. Identify process improvements and discuss with other team members for resolution.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance or any business-related course
    • 0-1 year experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • Proficient with Excel and MS Office
    • Familiarity with ERP/accounting system is a plus
    • Conversational English skill
