Experience of Product or Marketing Product (is a must)
Responsible for daily routine of product life cycle, including product promotion, new communication tools, competition strategies, product management and etc.
Responsible for new product launch plan proposal and implementation, including pre-launch preparation, product market positioning, product launch event/campaign/activity, communication tools, promotional plan, sales campaign, product promotion package, sales forecast and after-sales tracking etc.
Develop product operation goals and ideas for Tiens members, and develop specific customer handling flow, after-sales service, training, marketing tools, sales process & etc.
Monitor and track the product sales after launching, follow up with sales force team ( B.D/Edu&Training/Branch/key leaders) in order to achieve sales target. Adjust the product‘s strategy from time to time based on market demand.
Collect feedback after product launching and revise or propose product strategy plan based on feedback.
Responsible for the budget of product launch.
Support or responsible in developing the key product’s marketing strategies from time to time, and propose solutions and action plans through market research, market dynamics, data analysis and customer trends.
Develop product communication tools including contents and concept of design according to the market needs and company direction.
Design an effective products related sales promotions & campaign as well as implementation according to market needs, direction of product planning & etc.
Monitor, track & analyze the sales result of promotion & campaign.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, yearly product sales analysis by SKUs, product category, sales category like Development and Retail & etc.
Responsible for products’ yearly sales forecast as well as break down by sku, category and etc.
New product brief to internal department including Marketing, Branding, Education & Training, CS, Branch Managers &etc ( may cover external briefing to Media, distributors if needed), The new product brief including product F.A.B, USP, target meeting & etc.
Conduct regular research on industry & markets trend, analyze competitor products and market strategic plan, and identify potential opportunities for innovation or product improvement
Responsible for other tasks that assigned by superior or management.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor degree or above qualification which major in Public Health,Nutrition, food science, biotechnology, medical, marketing or advertising.
Knowledge of business, marketing, data analysis and technology, plus excellent communication and organisational skill. knowledge in Nutrition/ Public Health, MUI/ BPOM /Kemenkes regulations.
Experience in MLM Industry, Healthcare or Cosmetic or Skin Care/Beauty background will be added advantage.
People Management, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Sales Planning, Inventory Control, Financial Planning and Strategy, familiar with BPOM, Kemenkes & MUI Halal regulations.
At least 3 years in Product Development/Product Management/Product Marketing/Product Specialist in MLM Industry, R&D firm, FMCG/ Nutri Food, Luxury Cosmetic & Skin Care Company.
Supervise the work of customer service to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures.
Minimum Diploma degree from any major.
Develops and monitors the production.
