  • Membuat Analisa Kebutuhan Training
  • Menyelenggarakan dan mengontrol Program Training, dan Evaluasinya untuk meningkatkan performance Karyawan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan Management, Cabang, kebutuhanTraining.

  • Laki - Laki /Perempuan
  • Max usia 35 tahun
  • S1 Management/Pysikologi/Pendidikan/Hospitallity/Dll
  • Berpengalaman di posisi Learning and Development minimal 3 tahun dengan posisi yang sama
  • Di utamakan berpengalaman di bidang dunia kecantikan, Klinik Kecantikan atau salon, Hospitallity, Retail beuty product
  • Mampu membuat dan menyusun materi training dan TNA, Eksekusi ,evaluasi training sampai ROI
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik bebahasa Inggris aktif dan bekerja multitasking
  • Bersedia bekerja di weekend dan hari libur nasional dan bersedia untuk kunjungan kesetiap cabang
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office
  • Bersedia berkantor di kebon jeruk Jakarta Barat
