Develop thought-leadership materials designed to enhance stakeholders’ understanding and perceptions of Ads Solution products/solutions.
Lead the design and execution of effective marketing programs, motivate cross-functional teams, drive innovative ideas that can scale, and spread best practices.
Identify opportunities to develop marketing channels and/or expand existing channels for growth internally and externally.
Seek actionable consumer and market insights to inform marketing strategies to promote our product/solutions towards internal/external stakeholders.
Build collaborative relationships with ecosystem partners (marketplace, PR, brand/merchant).
Propose and secure budgets to drive execution, track results, and return on investment.
Develop narratives, collateral, and events aimed at increasing our engagement with brands/merchants/advertisers/industry players.
Track and measure the impact of our programs and use insights/learnings to optimize initiatives for increased impact.
Prepare company spokespeople for press opportunities and events, staff media interviews, and manage the external PR team for Ads Solutions-related subjects.
Partner with Sales and Product Marketing teams to build and activate go-to-market strategies, track and monitor performance with defined success metrics.
Shape internal training programs to educate the sales force on a growing set of advertising solutions
Lead analysis and diagnosis around key opportunity areas across markets and user segments to drive product growth
Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across product marketing organizations to maximize growth and scale impact
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in one of business or marketing strategy, digital marketing, business consulting, business strategy, or a related field.
Experience in engaging with cross-functional groups and with senior/C-level executives
Ability to speak and write in English fluently
Great communication and presentation skills
Experience in project/campaign management and creating plans
Proven experience across marketing disciplines, including demand generation, content creation, sales and partner enablement
Organization and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
