What Will you do?

  • Organize and optimize demand and supply with customers (Master Production Schedule), including leading new prject (OCP and rebalancing) for Supply Chain topic.
  • Manage Master Production Schedule process, since receiving forecast, challenging forecast, and preparing MPS Data (through Kinaxis)
  • Manage supply chain topic for new OCP project and rebalancing project
  • Participate actively in SIOP process
  • Coordinate actively with Supply chain Planning team in order to get qualitative forecast information
  • Download and monitor inventory and demand in countries through OneMM Tool in order to have demand to factory feasibility
  • Ensure process is following SPS principle
Supply & Demand Process
  • Demand Analysis : marketing information, trend of sales, Accuracy
  • Work with Supply/Demand Planer in countries to improve forecast accuracy and standardize the communication & Forecasting processing
  • Organize Master Production Schedule (MPS) meeting
  • Understand how capacity is defined, cap between actual & target cap :SEMB Line Capacity, number available operators, supplier capacity
  • Follow up action plan in MPS meeting

Monitor Demand (Actual order in take VS forecast)

  • Monitor demand, daily forecast accuracy review, bumping orde
  • Monitor production output vs production plan
  • Feedback to customer when forecast accracy issue is exist

Project Transfer

  • Ensure Products plan according to plan
  • Establish the downstream flow with new customer

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain management on Downstream Planner role

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Have knowledge Inventory management, Ms. Office, Analysisi and good in communication skill
  • Familiar and experienced with SAP system
  • Advance in operating Ms.Excel
  • Wiling to be stationed in Batam
  • Good in negotiation and customer service skill
