Job Description

Procurement and Planning Executive Hempel has an ambitious goal of shaping a brighter future with sustainable coating solutions and doubling Hempel by 2025. Join us and support our Double Impact strategy in South & East Asia. Make an impact and manage the demand and planning in Indonesia In this position you will handle all activities of demand and planning. You will continue to improve the material cost, the order delivery performance to customers, and the stock inventory days. You will work closely together with the team from Procurement, Production, Logistics and Finance. Here are some of the other things you can look forward to working on
  • Planning for Finished Goods through effective partnership with regional commercial teams
  • Effective Time Management on all procurement and related activities
  • Strong cross functional communication skills
  • Lean Mindset with Improvement initiatives experience
  • Meticulous and system orientated with an attention to details
  • Participate in all forecast shortages and provide updates to all suppliers
Do you have good knowledge within Procurement? We are looking for someone with experience within Procurement or Supply Chain. You have a global mindset and are comfortable working with many different cultures. You have excellent planning and coordination skills and have a proactive mindset. Personal values and behaviours are very important to us and we are looking for a someone who is customer focused, team player, result oriented, and drives results. We expect you to:
  • University degree within Supply chain, Chemistry or Business
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement
  • Good communication skills and knowledge in term of international trade/ import & export
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Good MS Office skills
