Job Description

In order to support our Plant in Kavadarci, we are looking for Project Quality Management who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!


Tasks:


  • Create project plans / concepts and assure they are followed (e.g. resource planning, schedule planning, cost planning, etc.) in cooperation with technical or key project leaders as well as technical areas; introduce actions in case of deviations, as required
  • Develop suggestions for project organization; select suitable associates in cooperation with supervisors and define tasks, rules and interfaces
  • Analyze and evaluate changes, cooperate in negotiations and assure implementation
  • Provide technical leadership for project associates
  • Clarify technical requirements with customers; create bids for quality costs in cooperation with technical project management development and other relevant departments; negotiate with the key project management if there are excessively high costs at the customer
  • Provide support in supplier selection and cooperate in the creation/ approval of task interface agreements with the customer, in connection with standard part suppliers


Profile:


  • Bachelor or Master degree in the area of the technical function
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in the field of quality in the automotive industry or comparable work experience
  • Six Sigma Certified
  • Fluency in English language. Knowledge of German language will be considered as advantage
  • Intercultural Competency
  • Customer oriented and Process oriented thinking
