Your ‘day to day’

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Lead execution of new product launches, modified products at affiliate level in close cooperation with all involved departments, functions, affiliates. Work closely with PM at affiliate or central level
  • Consolidate all information related to new projects and product launches at affiliate level and timely inform all involved departments to define the terms and resources needed.
  • Provide necessary feasibility studies/checks, plan, coordinate and organize execution.
  • Regularly monitor status of projects and raise problems in a timely manner to provide corrective actions.
  • Monitor new product launches at all stages of production.
  • Be responsible for initiating improvements related to processes and products, providing technical or analytical direction to solve quality and/or operational issues.
  • Consistently apply OPEN+ systems and tools

QUALITY SUPPORT
  • Provide Technical and Quality support and expertise in order to improve material, products and Quality performances. Ensure timely quality support in case of any quality problems encountered on products, providing quality risk assessment and an accurate action plan/solution that immediately mitigates impact on Quality and Production KPI's. Provide support for the review/update of manufacturing process characterization and other documents when required.

PRODUCTIVITY INITIATIVES
  • Challenge all standard processes and products to propose productivity initiatives. Lead initiatives to improve the quality standards of products. Provide necessary feasibility studies/checks, plan, coordinate and organize execution.
  • Provide support during new/repaired equipment qualification to provide compliance of manufactured products with PM quality requirements.


Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor or Master of Engineering or Science from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Technology, Engineering or Sciences
  • 3-5 years of demonstrative and relevant experience in similar position in Tobacco, Food, Pharmaceutical or similar industry
  • Have professional knowledge of product quality, relevant QA standards (ISO, GMP), tobacco regulations requirements and project management
  • Advanced knowledge of root cause analysis, analytical skills and statistical tools
  • Fully trained on Project Management, Problem Solving tools, Data Analysis and Statistics
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia both oral & written.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills - strong oral, written communication, and presentations skills.
