Develop Key Accounts strategies to achieve the AOP target
Ensure successful implementation of Key Accounts Strategies and measure account performance periodically
Devise & measure Key Accounts specific promotional programs by brand with support from trade marketing & marketing
Create and monitoring budgeting process for agreeing the Key Accounts sales target in value & volume
