Quality Management
Location : Ciracas, Jakarta Timur Valid until : 31 Oct 2022Job Requirement
Bachelor degree of Food Technology/Chemistry/Biology or related fields
Have worked in the field of operations (planning, quality, production warehouse, or R&D)
Understand the business process of making dairy/food & beverage products
Knowledgeable in raw materials, packaging materials, and handling of dairy products
Have QA/QC knowledge, along with quality system, food safety, HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, GMP, 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Laboratory Management System ISO 17025, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Halal assurance, and instrument calibration
Have skills and capability in quality system audits, halal assurance system audits, trader audits, distributor audits
Good communication skill, negotiation, leadership and managerial skill
Ability to create and give presentations and training
Can operate the computer and familiar with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with SAP will be a plus
Job Description
Ensure raw materials and packaging materials from suppliers have no quality problems
Ensure the distribution process of our products to the market is according to the requirements
Conduct supplier improvement audit
Provide feedback for internal system repair or related to vendor raw or packaging material
Review Non-Conformance Report (NCR) associated to raw material and packaging material to problematic suppliers
Review external complaint and product returns validity
Perform other tasks ordered by superiors
