Responsibilities
The individual appointed will be responsible to provide comprehensive Know Your Client, New Account Opening, Static Data Analysis and Services and Data Management solutions within relevant DB systems for Global Markets and Global Banking business lines.
General Responsibilities of the KYC Client Onboarding role will involve:
To perform Client Onboarding of all new client requests or where the client is extending their existing/ current relationship with DB across multiple products supporting 14 Asia countries and 27 booking locations
Support Global Banking and Global Markets products and business lines for KYC Client Onboarding and Periodic Review
Contact external DB clients for both priority (Tier 1 top 72 clients) and non priority clients to request and receive relevant global and country specific client KYC documentation
Liaise with FO Business Managers, Compliance, Credit Risk Management and Legal with reference to Client Documentation to expedite requests as part of the E2E workflow
Communicate actions / issues / progress with DB Service Relationship Management on priority client documentation, issues and requests
Review client KYC documentation to ensure client adoption adheres to both DB’s Global Compliance requirements, 3rd EU AMLD standard as well as local country specific Compliance requirements and guidelines
Search the UBO information via various sources like company web, regulator's web, etc.
Run the PCR and facilitate Sales/RM to raise EDD to Compliance as per the PCR results
Classify, scan and restore the soft copies of documents on a shared directory as well as the original hard copies in the file cabinet once approved by manager/Compliance
Involve in Project and UAT in case of any COB related system rollout

Qualifications
Graduate with KYC experience in servicing corporate clients or financial institution
Individuals with strong all banking products knowledge preferably,
Fully conversant in both English and Bahasa, including written communication
Good organization and time management skills
Ability to work singularly as well as within a team
