Job Description

Planning and monitoring installation and implementation of McEasy products and services

Understanding of how service excellence works

Organize job training to team to meet departmental objectives

Identify and resolve problems that affect customer service quality and efficiency

Analyze and improve or upgrade the quality and service system or SOP in the service department to retain customers, both old and new

Develop problem management and service improvement plans
Bachelor Degree in any major

Having experience as a Service Manager (minimum assistant service manager) at least 5 years

Strong leadership ability and team spirit

Problem solving skills
